Dining in Mykonos: A Guide to the Best Dinner Spots
I can promise you this—I will always strive to keep my reviews authentic, reflecting our true experience as closely as possible.
In Mykonos, life revolves around two key settings: the beach and the dining table. With a few days on the island, we had limited time to explore. Our approach was a mix of revisiting old favorites and discovering new gems.
Sea Satin Market
Until this year, we hadn't explored the culinary offerings hidden along the cobbled streets of Mykonos Town. After watching the sunset from Little Venice—a must-see spot for sunset views!—, we headed to Sea Satin. While the restaurant boasts spectacular views of the windmills and a charming waterfront setting, the food, unfortunately, fell short. It was forgettable—so much so that even our kids barely remembered the meal. If you're looking for an Instagram-friendly spot, this is the place. But if you’re after memorable cuisine, I’d give it a pass.

Nōema
On the other hand, Nōema is a place we’ve loved for years! It’s a bit tricky to find, which adds to the adventure—don’t even bother with Google Maps, and definitely leave the heels behind. I always carry mine in a separate bag and change just before entering. Nōema’s combination of live music, solid cocktails, delicious food, and stylish staff makes it a sure thing every time. It’s the type of restaurant where you can expect consistency, with no surprises, just great experiences year after year.

Interni
Though I was hesitant about taking the kids, Interni is a VERY fun spot. The food was amazing and the service was terrific. We went earlier in the evening, and most of us had a blast! However, it was a little too loud for Nadi Boo, so we had a quieter “Mommy and Me” dinner instead. I could tell she was craving something more serene, so we headed to Bill & Coo’s magical outdoor poolside restaurant, YĒVO (more on this in the next section!)

YĒVO BY BILL&COO MYKONOS
What we didn’t expect was to be treated to an extraordinary experience at YĒVO. Chef Aggelos Bakopoulos was there, personally elevating every dish. His culinary genius made the evening unforgettable. Nadia chose the 7-course menu, while I opted for the 5-course vegetarian option. We spent hours connecting over each beautifully crafted dish. Nadia learned all about prix fixe dining—everything from service to dish design and the incredible flavors. This meal became our absolute favorite of the trip.

Nusr-et Steakhouse
Finally, there was Nusr-et, which became an educational experience for the kids. They’d seen it all over TikTok and were ready to criticize, but the meal turned out to be a hit! Sure, it’s expensive, but everyone loved the food. The boys indulged in gold cheeseburgers and the Nusr-et special, both of which were amazing. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn’t busy, which made me a bit sad. It was a great opportunity to remind the kids not to judge a place by its online reputation, because they left with nothing but rave reviews. Just a heads-up—the location can get windy, so bring a jacket or pashmina for a cozy evening.
PS - the Gold Burger is a must!! The kids LOVED it!

Beefbar Mykonos
I included Beefbar in my last blog post, but it deserved an honorable mention here! Another Bill&Coo Hotel Restaurant, Beefbar offers a unique blend of luxury and laid-back dining on the beautiful Agios Ioannis Beach. Known for its contemporary twist on classic steakhouse dishes, Beefbar serves an array of high-quality meats, fresh seafood, and signature dishes that cater to meat lovers and seafood enthusiasts alike. B took his kids here the night before we arrived and it was a HIT! They loved the Truffle Pizza so much that we went back for lunch that weekend!

Mykonos has a way of making even the simplest meal feel special, and while not every spot is a hit, it’s the moments around the table that truly count.
Whether you're revisiting old favorites or venturing into new territory, there's always something magical waiting just around the corner.
Here’s to more sunsets, great meals, and unforgettable memories.
Until next time, Mykonos!
