Apres Ski Style
Time to hit the shops… I mean slopes! If you are heading to the mountains anytime soon, you must dress to impress. Brands and designers are investing in couture skiwear. These pieces are designed to be durable and protective, but also super chic. Before jetsetting to Poland for the holidays, I did my due diligence and found the season’s best skiwear. There are three key pieces that you need to have the perfect ski resort look: a down jacket, moon boots and a retro-style ski suit.
Down Jacket
I chose this red, Dsquared2 down jacket that kept me toasty while exploring the mountains. I tend to stray from bright colors or busy patterns in my every day, but for this trip I wanted something completely different. There are no rules when it comes to ski jackets; You can opt for a bright color (like mine), bold graphic or logo pattern.

Moon Boots
I rented Louis Vuitton Moon Boots from Janet Mandell’s Showroom. These boots kept my feet warm, however, you must get high calf socks because normal socks will slide off while walking. If I were to invest in a pair of my own, I would get the ankle high moon boots. Personally, I find them to be more comfortable and easier to walk in.

Accessories
Dior Belt Bag- All the women in Poland wear these bags when on the go. However, instead of wearing it in front, the bag is worn on the back.
Chanel Beanie- This beanie is THE HAT of the season. It is sold out in the United States.
I had so much fun planning my outfits for this trip! Although skiwear is expensive, it’s an investment that will last a lifetime. If you have a ski trip coming up, do not be afraid to try some new! Ski fashion is having its moment, and you won’t want to miss out.
